For the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently 
upgraded Tropical Storm Boris, located just offshore the southern 
coast of Mexico.

1. Offshore of Central America (EP92):
Showers and thunderstorms continue to show signs of organization in 
association with a low pressure area offshore of Central America. 
Environmental conditions appear conducive for further development of 
this system, and a tropical depression is likely to form during the 
next day or so while the system moves slowly northward and then 
northwestward toward the coast of Central America. Interests along 
the Pacific coasts of northwestern Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, 
El Salvador, and Guatemala should monitor the progress of this 
system, as heavy rainfall and life-threatening flash flooding are 
possible through the middle portion of this week.  For additional

issued by the National Weather Service.
