For the central North Pacific, between 140W and 180W:
 
There were no tropical cyclones in the Central Pacific Hurricane 
Center (CPHC) area of responsibility during the month of November.

Two tropical cyclones occurred in the central North Pacific during 
the official 2024 hurricane season, which is below the long-term 
annual average. Hurricane Hone developed into a tropical cyclone 
(TC) in the central Pacific basin, representing the first TC to do 
so since Tropical Storm Ema in 2019.
