For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Blas, located several hundred miles south of the southern tip 
of the Baja California peninsula, and on Tropical Depression Celia, 
located less than one hundred miles south-southwest of the coast of 
El Salvador.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
