For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Felicia, located over the southwestern part of the basin, and on 
recently upgraded Tropical Storm Guillermo, located a few hundred 
miles south of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
