For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Felicia, located more than 1100 miles west-southwest of the southern 
tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on newly formed Tropical 
Depression Seven-E, located about 400 miles south of the southern 
tip of the Baja California peninsula.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
