For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

1. The remnant low of Tropical Depression Ten-E, located around 1100 
miles southeast of Hilo, Hawaii, is producing disorganized showers 
and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions may become somewhat 
conducive for development as this system tracks slowly northward 
over the next couple of days. 
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
