For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

1. The remnant low of Tropical Depression Ten-E, located around 1000 
miles southeast of Hilo, Hawaii, is producing disorganized showers 
and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions are somewhat
conducive for development as this system tracks slowly northward 
the next couple of days. Conditions will become unfavorable for 
development by early next week as the system moves slowly westward.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
