For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The Central Pacific Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on
Tropical Storm Erick, which is centered about 300 miles
south of Honolulu, Hawaii.

The Central Pacific Hurricane Center will issue the next
advisory on Tropical Storm Flossie centered about 1000 miles
east of Hilo, Hawaii. 

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5
days.

WMO header WTPA31 PHFO and under AWIPS header HFOTCPCP1. 
Forecast Advisories on Tropical Storm Erick are issued under
