ZCZC MIATWOAT ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 PM EDT TUE SEP 15 2015 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: 1. Shower and thunderstorm activity has become a little better organized today in association with a well-defined low pressure system located about midway between the Cape Verde Islands and the Lesser Antilles. Some further development of this low is possible during the next day or two while it moves generally northwestward. After that time, however, upper-level winds are expected to become unfavorable for development. * Formation chance through 48 hours...medium...60 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...medium...60 percent 2. A broad low pressure system is located about 350 miles south of the southernmost Cape Verde Islands.
