For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. A trough of low pressure located several hundred miles south of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing limited
shower activity.  Development, if any, should be slow to occur
during the next few days while it moves generally northwestward at
5 to 10 mph.
