For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. A broad low pressure area located about 650 miles south of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing
disorganized cloudiness and showers.  Development, if any, of this
system should be slow to occur over the next few days while it moves
generally northwestward at 5 to 10 mph.
