For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Depression Ten-E, located more than 1500 miles west-southwest of
the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

1. Disorganized cloudiness and showers located more than 1000 miles
south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula
are associated with a tropical wave. Environmental conditions are
forecast to be conducive for gradual development of this system
during the next several days while it moves west-northwestward at 10
to 15 mph.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent

WMO header WTPZ35 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP5.
