For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:
1. Disorganized showers and thunderstorms are associated with a weak
area of low pressure located 650 miles southwest of the Hawaii.
Environmental conditions are not conducive for development as it
moves west at 10 mph.

* Formation chance through 7 days...low...near 0 percent.
2. Western East Pacific (EP94):
Showers and thunderstorms associated with a broad area of low
pressure located approximately 1900 miles southeast of Hilo, Hawaii
are showing some signs of organization. Environmental conditions
appear conducive for development of this system, and a tropical
depression is likely to form during the next couple of days or so
while it moves west-northwestward to northwestward at 10 to 15 mph.
By the weekend, upper-level winds are forecast to become less
favorable for additional development while the system moves slowly
westward.

* Formation chance through 7 days...high...80 percent.
Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 7 days.
