basin Hurricane Julia, currently located near the coast of
Nicaragua in the southwestern Caribbean Sea. The system is

basin, as a tropical cyclone, by Sunday night.
1. Off the coast of Central America and Southern Mexico:
After Hurricane Julia emerges into the east Pacific on Sunday night,
it is forecast to dissipate near the southern coast of Central
