For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Orlene, located a few hundred miles southwest of Manzanillo, 
Mexico.

1. South-southwest of the Baja California Peninsula:
An area of disturbed weather has formed about 600 miles 
south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California 
peninsula.  Slow development of this system is possible during the 
next several days as it moves slowly northeastward or northward.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.
