For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Active Systems: 
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Blas, located a few hundred miles southwest of the southern 
tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on Tropical Depression 
Celia, located a couple of hundred miles south of the coast of 
southeastern Mexico.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
