Near the Yucatan Peninsula and the Southeastern Gulf of Mexico:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Potential 
Tropical Cyclone One, located near the northeastern portion of the 
Yucatan Peninsula.  Satellite images indicate that the system 
is gradually becoming better defined, and it is expected to become 
a tropical depression later tonight or on Friday.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...high...90 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...high...90 percent.
