For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Depression Terry, located several hundred miles south of the 
southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula, and on recently 
downgraded Tropical Depression Sandra, located several hundred miles 
southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. 

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
