For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. A broad area of low pressure located about 1600 miles west-southwest 
of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula has become less 
organized since yesterday, and the associated shower and 
thunderstorm activity has decreased.  Therefore, additional 
development of this system is becoming unlikely as it moves slowly 
westward over the next several days.
