For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, is issuing 
advisories on Hurricane Linda, located around 1400 miles east of 
Hilo, Hawaii. The latest forecast indicates that Linda will move 
into the Central Pacific Hurricane Center's area of responsibility 
as a weakening tropical storm or low-end category 1 hurricane as 
early as tomorrow afternoon.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 
days.
