For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Fred, located just offshore of the central Florida Panhandle, 
on Tropical Depression Grace, located just inland over the southern 
coast of Hispaniola, and on Tropical Depression Eight, located over 
100 miles southeast of Bermuda. 

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
