For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Fred, located over the east-central Gulf of Mexico, on 
Tropical Depression Grace, located about 80 miles south of the 
Dominican Republic, and on newly formed Tropical Depression Eight, 
located a little over 100 miles east-northeast of Bermuda. 

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
