For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently 
downgraded Tropical Storm Felicia, located about 1400 miles east of 
the Hawaiian Islands, and on recently downgraded Tropical Depression 
Guillermo, located several hundred miles west-southwest of the 
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
