For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days. 

Today marks the beginning of the official 2021 hurricane season in 
the central North Pacific. The Tropical Weather Outlook indicates 
the potential for tropical cyclone formation in the Central 
Pacific Hurricane Center area of responsibility during the next 
five days. This outlook will be routinely issued four times per 
day at 2 AM, 8 AM, 2 PM and 8 PM Hawaii Standard Time from today 
through the end of the hurricane season on November 30.
