For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Zeta, located over the northwestern Caribbean Sea.

The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on 
Post-Tropical Cyclone Epsilon, located over the far North 
Atlantic several hundred miles east of Cape Race, Newfoundland.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
