For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The Weather Prediction Center is issuing advisories on Post-Tropical 
Cyclone Delta, located inland over the eastern Tennessee Valley.

1. A tropical wave located about 900 miles east of the Windward 
Islands continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms. 
Some slow development of this system is possible during the next 
day or so while it moves generally westward near 15 mph. However, 
strong upper-level winds are expected to limit additional 
development by midweek.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
