For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

1. Showers and thunderstorms associated with a weak circulation are
located about 650 miles south-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. 
Environmental conditions are somewhat conducive for development of 
this system during the next couple days, but become less so by the 
weekend.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
