For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Laura, located near eastern Cuba, and on recently downgraded 
Tropical Storm Marco, located over the north-central Gulf of 
Mexico. 

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
