For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Isaias, located over the central Bahamas, and on newly developed 
Tropical Depression Ten, located over the far eastern Atlantic 
between Africa and the Cabo Verde Islands. 

1. A westward-moving tropical wave located about 700 miles east of 
the Lesser Antilles continues to produce a few disorganized 
showers. Some slow development of this system is possible while it 
turns northwestward, and then northward over the western Atlantic 
through the middle of next week.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.
