For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The Central Pacific Hurricane Center in Honolulu is issuing 
advisories on Tropical Storm Douglas, which is currently located 
around 600 miles west-northwest of Lihue, Hawaii. Douglas is 
moving toward the west-northwest around 20 mph. 

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
