For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:
The National Hurricane Center has issued its last advisory on
Hurricane Douglas, which has entered the central Pacific. Future
advisories issued by the Central Pacific Hurricane Center will be
available at hurricanes.gov.
1. An area of low pressure could form south of the southern coast of
Mexico over the weekend or early next week. Some slow development
of the system will be possible thereafter while it moves generally
west-northwestward.
