For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Depression Cristobal, centered inland over northeast Louisiana.

1. A non-tropical area of low pressure is expected to form a few 
hundred miles east or northeast of Bermuda within a day or two. 
Environmental conditions are not expected to be particularly
conducive for the low to acquire subtropical characteristics before 
the end of the week.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...10 percent.
