For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently
formed Subtropical Storm Rebekah located in the north Atlantic a
little more than 700 miles west of the Azores.

header WTNT34 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPATEP4.
