For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. Disorganized cloudiness and thunderstorms located several hundred
miles south of the southern coast of Mexico are associated with an
elongated area of low pressure.  Any development of this system
should be slow to occur while it moves slowly westward to
west-northwestward during the next several days.
