The Central Pacific Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on
newly formed Tropical Storm Ema, located approximately 300 miles
southwest of Lihue, Kauai.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.

Public Advisories on Tropical Storm Ema are being issued under WMO
header WTPA35 and under AWIPS header HFOTCPCP5. Forecast Advisories
are being issued under WMO header WTPA25 PHFO and under AWIPS header
