For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing
advisories on Tropical Storm Kiko, centered around 1050 miles east
of Hilo, Hawaii. Kiko is expected to move into the Central Pacific
Hurricane Center area of responsibility this afternoon. 

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through the next 5
days.
