For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Florence, located over the central Atlantic Ocean, on
Tropical Depression Eight and Tropical Depression Nine both located
in the eastern Atlantic.  The Weather Prediction Center is issuing
advisories on Tropical Depression Gordon, located over Arkansas.

1. A large area of cloudiness and showers centered a few hundred miles
west of Bermuda are associated with a trough of low pressure.
Development of this system, if any, should be slow to occur during
the next couple of days before environmental conditions become
unfavorable.  This system is expected to move little during the next
few days.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
