For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

1. Disorganized cloudiness and thunderstorms extending from eastern
North Carolina eastward over the western Atlantic are associated
with a weak non-tropical area of low pressure.  Environmental
conditions could support some limited development of this system
during the next day or two before the system moves northeastward
away from the United States.
