For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

1. An area of low pressure is forecast to form along a frontal boundary
by early next week a few hundred miles southwest of the Azores. The
low could acquire some subtropical characteristics by the middle of
next week while it moves generally northeastward.
