For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on the
remnants of Philippe, which dissipated over the western Atlantic
Ocean southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina.
1. A non-tropical low pressure system located about 1000 miles east of
Bermuda is producing some disorganized shower and thunderstorm
activity. This low could gradually acquire some subtropical or
tropical characteristics by the middle of the week while it meanders
over the central Atlantic Ocean between Bermuda and the Azores.
