For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. An area of low pressure is expected to form over the far eastern
North Pacific in a day or two.  Some additional development could
subsequently occur as the system moves west-northwestward near the
coast of Central America and southeastern Mexico.
