For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center has begun issuing advisories on newly
formed Tropical Depression Four, located well to the east of the
Lesser Antilles.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
