TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
1000 PM PST SAT NOV 12 2016

For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. Shower and thunderstorm activity associated with an area of low
pressure located about 300 miles southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico,

Strong upper-level winds over the low are expected to increase
further tonight and Sunday, making the potential for tropical
cyclone formation unlikely. Regardless, locally heavy rainfall and
gusty winds associated with this system could occur over portions of
southwestern Mexico through at least Sunday.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...near 0 percent
