For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. An elongated non-tropical area of low pressure located several
hundred miles east-northeast of the northern Lesser Antilles
continues to produce widespread cloudiness and showers over the
central Atlantic, and now has winds to gale force. This system
could acquire some subtropical characteristics late Friday or
Saturday while it moves northward or north-northeastward over the
north-central Atlantic. Additional information on this system can

Service.
