For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. A well-defined low pressure system located about 1500 miles
west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula
is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms.  Some slow
development of this system is still possible during the next couple
of days before environmental conditions become less conducive. The
disturbance is forecast to move west-southwestward at about 10 mph
during the next few days.
