For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Howard, located over 1300 miles west of the southern tip of
the Baja California peninsula.  The National Hurricane Center is
also issuing advisories on newly formed Tropical Depression Ten-E,
located several hundred miles south-southwest of the southern tip
of the Baja California peninsula.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
