For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently
downgraded Tropical Storm Blas, located about 1400 miles west of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on Tropical Storm
Celia, located about 700 miles southwest of the southern tip of the
Baja California peninsula.

1. An area of low pressure is expected to form in a couple of days
several hundred miles southwest of the coast of Mexico.  Some
subsequent development of this system is possible while it moves
westward to west-northwestward.
