For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Agatha, located several hundred miles west-southwest of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on recently
upgraded Tropical Storm Blas, located several hundred miles
southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico.

1. A new area of low pressure is expected to form by the middle of next
week well southwest of the coast of Mexico.  Environmental
conditions are expected to be conducive for gradual development of
this system as it moves slowly westward.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent
