ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1000 PM PST FRI NOV 20 2015 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Rick, located several hundred miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. 1. A low pressure area centered a couple hundred miles south of the coasts of Guatemala and El Salvador is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms over the far eastern north Pacific Ocean and portions of Central America. Environmental conditions are expected to become conducive for development of this system in a few days, and a tropical cyclone will likely form south of the southern coast of Mexico by the middle of next week while the low moves westward at 10 to 15 mph. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...high...70 percent Forecaster Berg
