For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Depression Twenty-One-E, located several hundred miles south-
southeast of the the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected for the next 5 days.
